Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a scooty with us.
🔹 Rental Requirements
- A valid driving license is mandatory.
- Government-issued ID proof must be provided for verification.
- You must be 18 years or older to rent a scooty.
🔹 Booking & Payment
- Full payment must be made at the time of booking.
- Accepted payment modes: Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.
- Prices mentioned are exclusive of fuel.
🔹 Security Deposit
- Most scooty rentals do not require a security deposit.
- In special cases, a refundable deposit may be asked and will be returned after proper vehicle inspection.
🔹 Vehicle Usage
- The vehicle must be used responsibly and only by the registered rider.
- Strictly no drinking and driving.
- Any traffic fines incurred during the rental period are the rider’s responsibility.
- In case of any damage to the scooty, repair costs will be charged to the customer.
🔹 Fuel Policy
- Scooty will be delivered with minimal fuel (enough to reach the nearest petrol station).
- Customer must refuel as needed during the rental period.
🔹 Pickup & Delivery
- Free delivery to your hotel or location within Jaipur city limits.
- If you change your delivery location, extra charges may apply.
🔹 Rental Duration
- Rental timings are 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Monday to Sunday.
- Late return may attract additional charges.
🔹 Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours before booking time are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
🔹 Our Rights
- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service to any customer for safety or legal reasons.
- We may replace your booked scooty with a similar model if required due to availability.
🔹 Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage during the rental period.
- Riding a scooty is at the customer’s own risk.
